Faith-Based Program

Simply put, there is no better way to teach children about making good, healthy lifestyle decisions than through a faith-based approach. Faith is at the cornerstone of life throughout Mississippi communities. That’s why we give churches and other spiritual organizations the tools they need to reach kids across the state, whether it’s a young child in kindergarten or a senior in high school.

The Partnership for a Healthy Mississippi offers free materials and activities, as well as financial support essential to carrying out your program. Each program is tailored to be age-appropriate, from kindergarten through 12th grade. And the programs are designed to help young people improve their self-esteem so they can reach their full potential in life.

Through each program, kids learn how to protect their hearts, minds and bodies from the devastating effects of tobacco, alcohol and drug use. The programs are a perfect fit for summer camps, vacation bible schools and youth group meetings. Also, there are resources available through The Partnership to help adults who want to quit using tobacco.
